Clean Green Strata (CGS) is currently seeking experienced Contract Cleaners to undertake on-site cleaning activities in accordance with client specifications in the
Sutherland Shire, NSW.

$300 Sign on bonus
If you are successful we'll pay you $300 cash. Come and work for a great company with great rates & conditions._To be successful in this role you must have previous cleaning experience either in the strata, commercial or domestic environment, together with:

  • Must have own cleaning equipment: backpack vacuum & own commercial cleaning products
  • Must have ABN
  • Must have Public liability insurance
  • Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- $28 - $33/Hour PLUS GST depending on experience

  • Must be able to use and have an iPhone or an android
  • Must have a current driver's license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety
