We are currently looking for an experienced

Planner/Scheduler
***for a project based in

Pinjarra and Wagerup with site visits to other sites as and when required.

In this role you will be responsible for development, management and reporting of a long term Turbine Outages Schedule.

The role is also accountable to support powerhouse / cogen execution teams with preparation, planning, scoping and execution reporting during Turbine Outages on outage specific schedules, primarily using MS Project.


About the Role

  • Prior experience in Planning, Scheduling or Project Controls roles within the Contracting/Maintenance industry.
  • Experience within or exposure to Mining or Refining Industry
  • Extensive experience in the preparation and management of long term and outage schedules and plans
  • Understand cost & schedule impacts using planning reports and able to provide mitigation strategies
  • Excellent relationship building, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project controls fundamentals and principles

About you

  • Expert user in Microsoft Project software, including resource loading and reporting
  • Experience with development and support of Power BI reporting
  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Prior Project Controls experience advantageous
  • Experience with Turbine (gas and /or steam) overhauls or maintenance
