Utilise advanced level research, clinical practice & supervision skills to support a clinical supervision network within the Community and Oral Health Directorate to ensure Professional governance, and link to the Occupational Therapy profession on a District and State-wide basis.

Provide advanced level Occupational Therapy clinical services and professional leadership within the professional area of expertise within the Community and Oral Health Directorate.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide clinical leadership in the monitoring of professional standards in the Occupational Therapy profession and contribute to development and improvement of State-Wide competencies.

Deliver high level Occupational Therapy clinical services across a variety of caseloads in a subacute and/or community setting in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.

Collaborate with senior management to ensure leadership of change through service-wide quality and service improvement initiatives, including effective cooperation within and across work units to enhance service delivery, quality outcomes and/or patient services.

Lead change management processes through collaborative development of relevant clinical practices, policies and protocols.
