About the role

  • To perform production support activities across nominated technologies being ArcGIS
  • To provide administrative and operational support services for customer

Key Accountabilities:

  • In accordance and compliance with ITIL processes and procedures, manage and track incidents and problems in Service-Now, the Customer's Service Management tool
  • Undertake operational support activities including system and data administration tasks to meet service levels, ensuring ongoing reliability and effective performance

About you

Technical Capabilities
Proficiency in configuration, maintenance and support of ArcGIS components, or the desire to become skilled in them

Technical Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Application Support Skills in a large environment including proficiency in configuration, and maintenance.
  • ITIL V3 certification (desirable)
  • ArcGIS (desirable)
