About the role:


We're on the hunt for an experienced Executive Producer to join The Marty Sheargold Show on Triple M Breakfast in Melbourne.

The purpose of the Executive Producer is to develop and execute the Content strategy to produce a ratings winning show in the style and essence as directed by the CD.

This role will also mentor and develop other Producers, including assisting with new idea generation and developing new structures. The Executive Producer will ensure all on-air content meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before going live.

Experience we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Executive Producer position in broadcast radio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage onair talent to achieve goals of station.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with content Team and CD
  • An understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
  • Is able to create an environment which encourages innovation and creativity.
