Please note: This position is only available in a full time capacity and applicants with working hour restrictions will be unsuccessful._

In this position you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead, manage & monitor front of house staff
  • Assist in opening & closing procedures of the restaurant
  • Ensure service standards are developed and kept to a professional level at all times
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities within a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment essential
  • Follow and ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to
  • Handling guest feedback


To be successful, applicants must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and a minimum of 1 year within a similar position.
