WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are looking for a leader to manage the seasonal partner alignment process of Nike Store Partners (NSP) Balance of Market (BOM) Partners, support our NSP Strategic Accounts and to elevate our Must Win Doors (MWD).

You will need to ensure the NSP partners adopt the seasonal priorities and with the use Point of Sales (POS) data, insights and in-season store feedback; deliver premium consumer experiences and partner / brand profitability.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?


On any given day, you might be partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Retail District Managers, the NSP Retail Director and NSP partners to lead the seasonal process and ensuring retail operations are efficiently operating to service the consumer.

This would involve adopting, setting & communicating a clear and concise direction to the NSP BOM partners that is relevant to their local consumer, stores and trade zones.

In addition, you will need to capitalise on current seasonal data to strategically effect future season assortment buys and creating and leveraging new tools and best practices to expand retail acumen and metrics to grow the business.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?


You'll be the point person for Nike NSP BOM / MWD and reporting to the Retail Director (NIKE Partner Stores).

On a daily basis, you will be supporting the NSP partners while aligning with a diverse team of Nike people (including merchandising, planning, retail district managers, seasonal execution and marketplace operations) with a variety of management styles, as well as liaising with global teammates.

People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Prior experience in account sales required.
  • Prior product experience building commercial and consumer relevant assortments.
  • Has experience in sales budget planning and possesses POS analytics acumen.
  • Ability to provide direct feedback and communicate openly and honestly.
  • Ability to create a culture of collaboration through cross functional cooperation. Desire to embrace and drive change within our team and our partners. A team player and ability to have a positive influence on the team.
