Job Summary:

Join a small highly talented team to support AGCO's staff and dealer network across the APA region including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Africa.

• Previous experience in system administration and desktop support.
• Good knowledge of and experience in maintaining Windows Servers, VMWare, Veeam, account maintenance in AD & o365 and general desktop support skills.
• Responsible for the monitoring of infrastructure & batch jobs. Working closely with Infrastructure leads and developers to resolve any issues.
• Thrive in a fastpaced environment with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Your Impact:

Administration of the following systems:

• Windows Servers.
• VMWare.
• User account AD and o36
• Backups & Replication (Veeam & DFS).
• Mobile Device Management Software
• AirWatch \ Intelligent Hub.
• Setup & Support of AGCO's fleet of PC & Notebooks.
• Monitoring of Infrastructure & Batch Jobs.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Education/qualification in Information Technology
• Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Exchange \ o36
• Knowledge of VMWare
• Good knowledge of PC setup and imaging

Competencies

• Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Good knowledge of VMWare
• Good knowledge Microsoft Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange \ 36
• Good Knowledge of PC & NB setup and imaging.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system or similar will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of SCCM will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Veeam replication software will be highly regarded.

Key Performance Indicators:

System Administration:

• Patching is kept up to date (Windows Updates and Firmware where applicable)
• Disk space is monitored and data archived or cleared
• All systems are backed up

System monitoring:

• Ensure logging of system checks for SOX auditing.
• Ensure replication of Production system to DR are running and DR environment is in a ready state.
• Any issues found are logged and followed through to resolution with infrastructure or developer leads.

Desktop Support:

• Timely setup of PCs & NBs using SCCM imaging.
• Remote trouble shooting and resolution of user's desktop issues.
• User account creation and administration in Active Directory and o365.
