Working in collaboration with schools, community organisations, and local services throughout Cardinia Shire, Together with our Youth Outreach Coordinator, will support young people aged years who are experiencing multiple and complex needs.

Positive youth development, social inclusion, and community engagement are at the role's core.

They support and encourage engagement in education and employment to strengthen positive relationships by actively participating in recreation and community activities to increase their connection to the community and improve their mental well-being.

This full-time fixed-term role commences July 1, 2023, until July 1, 2025, and is based in Cardinia Shire's new Youth Hub.

The annual salary is $88,761.92 plus super with the option of salary packaging to the value of $15,990
