About the opportunity
As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a range of marketing solutions to support the brand and organisational goals of Bolton Clarke.
You will work closely with the Customer and Communications team to support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, support service line, achieve occupancy targets, growth, and local promotion.
- Coordinate various marketing campaigns and projects, from development of detailed briefs, through to campaign development and execution
- Support the development and production of marketing collateral and integrated content
- Support content development across offline and online channels, including marketing collateral and campaign assets as required
- Translate the broader program of works into Local Area Marketing campaigns
- Working in collaboration with agency partners, local site and services and the Customer and Communications team to support business objectives.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign performance and competitor activity.
- Manage relationships with a range of internal stakeholder to interpret and deliver marketing requirements.
- Liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer and Communications team as required
About You
- Min 3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
- Proven experience in planning and delivering high quality marketing outcomes
- Solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles, B2B and B2C marketing and communications
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across Facebook, Digital Display and SEM
- Experience in tracking and using Google Analytics and Facebook analytics would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Welldeveloped organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or other relevant discipline preferred
