About the opportunity


As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a range of marketing solutions to support the brand and organisational goals of Bolton Clarke.

You will work closely with the Customer and Communications team to support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, support service line, achieve occupancy targets, growth, and local promotion.


  • Coordinate various marketing campaigns and projects, from development of detailed briefs, through to campaign development and execution
  • Support the development and production of marketing collateral and integrated content
  • Support content development across offline and online channels, including marketing collateral and campaign assets as required
  • Translate the broader program of works into Local Area Marketing campaigns
  • Working in collaboration with agency partners, local site and services and the Customer and Communications team to support business objectives.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance and competitor activity.
  • Manage relationships with a range of internal stakeholder to interpret and deliver marketing requirements.
  • Liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer and Communications team as required

About You

  • Min 3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering high quality marketing outcomes
  • Solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles, B2B and B2C marketing and communications
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across Facebook, Digital Display and SEM
  • Experience in tracking and using Google Analytics and Facebook analytics would be highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Welldeveloped organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or other relevant discipline preferred
