Front of House (FOH) Staff


As a member of our Front of House (FOH) team at Leaf Cafe & Co Bondi, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You will greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Seat guests and manage reservations to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal seating arrangements.
  • Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
  • Provide recommendations and descriptions of menu items, including specials.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Uphold company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage service techniques.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
