The Role & The TeamAs a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will lead financial planning efforts, oversee accounting functions, and drive business partnering initiatives. You will manage accounting reports, budgets, forecasts, and provide strategic advice to enhance financial performance. This role requires a dynamic leader who fosters positivity, supports growth, and reports to the Head of Financial Performance and Partnering.
  • Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop financial models and provide analysis to support business leaders.
  • Use predictive metrics and scenario modeling to identify trends and risks.

The PersonThe ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Finance & Accounting, expertise in financial reporting and analysis, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
