An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Flagship Store Manager to join our team in Penrith.

  • You must be available to work weekends.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:

  • Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
  • Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Responsibility for your team's recruitment, development and performance
  • Visual merchandising in your store
  • Stock management
  • Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
  • As a Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.
Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
