Stay Upright is Australia's favourite motorcycle school. We offer a range of courses for all levels of rider, from accredited learner courses to advance road and off-road training.


We're proud of our growing national training team, and we are on the lookout for others who share our passion for motorcycling, our aim to help others ride smarter, and our desire to reduce risk on our roads.

In VIC, we have five training centres in Braeside, Hoppers Crossing, Geelong, Ballarat and Horsham. We are looking for riding coaches to conduct licence training.

The Roles
We are looking for trainers who could run weekday and weekend courses at our various Victorian Locations.


Successful applicants will be keen motorcyclists, reliable, organised, enjoy working with people, and have a burning passion for inspiring others to ride a motorcycle in a manner that reduces their risk on the road.

Reporting to the VIC Operations Manager, you will conduct motorcycle training and assessment according to the VicRoads syllabus. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our high level of customer service and strict safety procedures.

Experience Required

  • Possess a valid full Victorian motorcycle licence
  • Be willing to undertake our full time, five day training course
  • Receive a satisfactory Police Check
  • Have five years of recent riding experience
