Our client is an established Commercial Construction & Fit out company who have been operating for over 20 years. They deliver projects across the Commercial, Education and Government sectors up to $15m.

The have built a great reputation and strong client relationships through the successful delivery of high quality projects.

They are currently looking to bring on an experienced Senior Project Manager to work on their higher value projects and provide leadership to a small team of Project Managers.

The Role:

  • Managing projects from start to finish to ensure they are on time and on budget
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Negotiation, construction methodologies, programming

To Be Considered:

  • Qualification or Degree in Project/Construction Management
  • Must have experience delivering projects $5m+
  • Good tenure & solid experience within Australian Market
  • Excellent Communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of project management principle
