About the role:


You will play a vital role in acting as the first point of contact in the front office for any interaction between members, stakeholders, and employers.

This role is the company's voice where your customer service and financial skills and experience will shine through.

With a compelling salary on offer, your duties will include the following:

Duties:

  • Support the delivery of engagement and advice strategies to key members, including but not limited to highnetworth (HNW) and retirement segments. This may include member engagement and administrative implementation tasks
  • Work with the administration centre to ensure smooth delivery of services to key member segments
  • Staff the office reception and handle customer enquiries
  • The Member Services Consultant is required to provide highquality customer service when greeting members, employers, Directors and stakeholders in person and over the phone
  • Assist in servicing members as part of marketing campaigns; this may include making appointments for advice meetings, supporting seminars, assisting in implementing advice strategies or delivering guidance to members
  • Provide support to the Office Manager and other head office staff as required via approval of the Snr Manager, Retirement & Advice Strategy
  • Maintain and update, where necessary, the procedure manual for the position, using initiative to come up with new systems
  • Assist with or arrange assistance for customer enquiries completing retirement claims in line with RG146 training
  • Work with the Office Manager to arrange and prepare for Board Meetings and other internal meetings and functions
  • Mail pick up and drop off daily
  • Manage couriers and taxis

Skills and Experience:

  • Selfmotivated, confident and a clear communicator
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
  • RD146 is highly desirable
  • JP qualification is highly desirable
