About the Role
The Welfare Worker is responsible for providing high quality care in a vibrant clinical setting, handling day-to-day tasks with a range of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
About You
As a welfare worker, you are qualified and experienced in working with individuals, families, and groups in order to ensure they are able to attain and maintain social inclusion.
Essential Criteria_
- Must have a minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Community Services (CHC42015)
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people
- The ability to tolerate and be openminded
- Skills in planning and organizing
- Selfmotivated and capable of taking initiative
- Taking responsibility for one's actions
- Stressresilient and capable of managing conflict
- Commitment to human rights and social justice
