Exciting Full-Time Position Available in NSW for a Geriatrician Our client in New South Wales presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Geriatrician to join their unit.
About the Hospital: We operate a 180-bed regional hospital that has recently undergone significant redevelopment. Our facility proudly serves a community of over 100,000 people across 4000km2, with additional support available from a nearby Tertiary Centre.
Location Highlights: Nestled in a well-known region, just 3 hours north of Sydney, our location offers pristine beaches, national parks, and waterways for exploration. With excellent infrastructure, including a variety of sporting facilities, performing arts venues, and entertainment options, the area also features numerous cafes and restaurants to satisfy all your cravings.
Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Possess at least 12 months of recent experience in Geriatric Medicine
- Enrolled in the RACP training program
- Hold or be eligible for the FRACP
- IMGs eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway (UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ)
- IMGs with an RACP interview date
- IMGs assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
