As an Early Childhood Teacher at C&K with our Clinton team, your role involves supporting children's learning and development, fostering curiosity, capability, and confidence in lifelong learning.

If you bring energy, creativity, and a love for education, you'll guide children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in a play-based setting. Additionally, as a supportive leader for families, children, and your team, you'll nurture an environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll advocate for our innovative 'Listening and Learning together' curriculum approach to influence the future of children in our care.

What you'll bring

Whether you're experienced in early childhood education or a recent graduate, your enthusiasm, fun-loving nature, and commitment to children's development will pave the way for your success.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA)
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card and recent Police Check (within three months or willingness to obtain these)
