Who we're looking for:
To drive successful development of EV proposition at FleetPartners in line with company policy, customer requirements and infrastructure capabilities to deliver profitable growth and help company & customers achieve their sustainability targets.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple areas of the EV product roadmap by owning the endtoend process from concept exploration to delivery
- Working closely with various external and internal stakeholders, this role will own multiple key areas of our product roadmap, with a focus on our B2B EV fleets. You'll ensure that we're building a service that can scale whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Be the face of Electric Vehicles for FleetPartners
- Develop a longterm vision and Client Value Proposition for new products and build roadmap to achieve success
- Work with various Government and Regulatory bodies on all sustainability initiatives representing FP in Australia and NZ
- Conduct comprehensive competitor benchmarking, understand market trends and dynamics to formulate strategic responses to maintain/develop proposition define how each element of the proposition will deliver and contribute to desired metrics and results
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, with an ability to challenge and educate to ensure all our teams have a great understanding of our proposition
Requirements:
- This role is for someone who loves diving into every aspect of technical detail in the EV space while also driving overall strategy.
- You will have a blend of people leadership capability, significant hands on experience, strong operational foundations, outstanding stakeholder relationship management skills (particularly problem solving and communication skills) with the ability to take our proposition to market
- Experience in product management, pricing, customer research & testing, segmentation, product design and competitor analysis
- Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills
