About the role:
The Licensing and Regulation Division (LRD) is part of the Regulatory Services Department. The Division is responsible for the regulation of the firearms, private security, and weapons industries in Victoria.
We have 3 positions available within the Licensing & Authorities Section, Assessments and Determinations Unit. Two of these roles are full-time, ongoing and the third is full-time, fixed term until 30 June 2024.

Your duties will include:
As the successful applicant your duties will include:
- The provision of administration support, including preparation of correspondence, reviewing document submissions and court records.
- Responsible for the accurate collection, input, collation and storage of licensing data on the Licensing & Registration System (LARS).
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- A demonstrated ability to accurately maintain computer and manual information systems, including the ability to accurately maintain and update administrative records.
- Welldeveloped communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in a sensitive and confidential environment including the ability to deal with challenging information.
Requirements and relevant information:
- Two (2) x full time, ongoing positions and one (1) x fixed term until 30/06/2024 position available.
- Positions are located at the Victoria Police Centre. 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
