Job Description

Are you an experienced Citrix expert looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our Citrix environment, providing proactive monitoring and management, and resolving issues using your troubleshooting skills and available tools. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with software vendors to escalate technical issues and provide in-depth analysis and resolution. If you're ready to take on a 24x7 on-call roster and provide Level 3 support, as well as manage escalations from the first-level support team for Priority 1 issues, we want to hear from you

Qualifications

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a level Managed Service Citrix Support Engineer role
  • Citrix License Server/ RDS Server/ Citrix Director, Citrix Storefront and Citrix VDA.
  • The ability to operate, manage, support, deliver and maintain the current Citrix Xen Desktop environment.
  • Operating at a level 3 capacity
  • Previous experience in Microsoft SQL Database, UPM and ADC.
  • A demonstrated history of taking initiative and understanding of operating in a compliance environment.
  • Exceptional Consulting and Communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to identify any risks in the customer's backup infrastructure and propose a resolution.
  • Ability to prioritise and control workload.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and a successful track record in building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholder.
