You will play a pivotal role in supporting people with disabilities to improve their quality of life by assisting them to understand and implement their NDIS package.
This includes establishing positive relationships with a broad range of service users and stakeholders, developing and implementing support plans, and coordinating with a wide range of services.
Woden Community Service (WCS) has been providing community-based services to the Canberra region for over 50 years. Our vision of 'a caring community where everyone belongs' is achieved through our values of inclusion, compassion, hope, responsiveness, integrity, and social justice.
Our Offer
- Permanent fulltime position
- Salary of $82,326.30 p.a. plus 11% Superannuation
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or similar
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience providing outreach, case management, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build and maintain sound relationships with individuals, carers and families
- Demonstrated ability to be able to manage multiple competing priorities, have excellent time management skills and in a fastpaced environment.
