YOUR NEW ROLE

Step into the role of Assistant Manager at our Windsor store Here, you'll take charge of daily operations, reporting directly to our Retail Business Leader (Store Manager).

Your mission? To drive operational efficiency, optimize staffing schedules, and manage costs effectively. You'll oversee both the showroom and warehouse, focusing on equipping your team with the skills and resources they need to excel. Your leadership will set the standard, promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.

You have prior management experience and is a proactive leader with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You're adept at utilising financial data to achieve targets and drive operational success. Continuous learning is your mantra, and you thrive on developing the capabilities of your team. You approach challenges with confidence, providing constructive feedback and navigating complex situations with ease. Above all, you prioritise the safety and well-being of your team and customers, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
