Community Kinders Plus (CKP) is a Place Based, Not for Profit Early Years Manager which began operation in 2012. CKP currently manages 24 kindergartens across Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula and the City of Kingston.

Description
About the role
- Reconciling SRF funding, assist in writing plans and ensuring the plans are adhered to.
- Oversee the implementation of policies and programs and in conjunction with the Leader of Pedagogy and Nominated Supervisor at each service.
- Ensure that services are operating in compliance with the National Legislation and are of high quality.
- Developing, supporting, supervising and motivating staff with an emphasis on team building
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Confidentiality, sensitivity, and integrity across all aspects of the role.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be comfortable working in a changing and fast paced working environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with initiative & flexibility, as well as cooperatively as part of a team and manage own workload.
