Our SARAH & SEBASTIAN Soldered service is growing and we are searching for aspiring jewellers to join us We are excitedly hiring casual, part-time and full-time solderers for our Brisbane and Melbourne Soldered locations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving service success for our Soldered service through creating a warm and welcoming environment in store for clients
Supporting our Head Solderer in setting up new Soldered locations
Supporting Retail with our Soldered Service where necessary
Follow all Health & Safety guidelines meticulously
Setting & leading exceptional service standards for the Soldered service
Soldering to the highest standard possible
Supporting with administrative aspects of the service, including stock-takes and discrepancy investigation
Assist the Store Manager & Head Solderer with Soldered operations where necessary
Client escalation tracking & support for our Soldered Service

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Some experience in jewellery making/soldering is necessary for this role.

A certificate in jewellery making is desired but not a prerequisite and training on our SARAH & SEBASTIAN Soldered experience is provided.

This role will be required to work on the Retail floor, assisting with Retail Selling, Service & tasks when not Soldering.
