Duties within this role:

  • Completion of the Director's timesheet.
  • Bookkeeping to include: Xero reconciliation, invoicing, billings, WIP management, debtor management, insurance renewals
  • Creation and updating of templates and procedures.
  • Coordination of training needs amongst the team
  • Social media and website management
  • Support of the accounting team
  • Assist the Practice Manager with other tasks as required.
  • PA of the Director to include purchasing gifts, filing and assisting with children's school activities

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and organised
  • Down to earth and approachable willing to operate in a board role from the ground up, where no two days are the same
  • Must be flexible, handson and easygoing
  • Have excellent attention to detail and highly organised
  • You will have experience as a personal assistant ideally within an Accounting, legal or professional services environment
