About the role Reporting to the Senior Pipeline Corrosion Engineer, the purpose of the role is to safely, and efficiently execute field services for Verbrec's Infrastructure Services operated pipelines as well as pipelines operated by the external clients.

These services include Cathodic Protection Surveys, DCVG surveys, CIPS, interference testing, CP Design, installation and commissioning, fault finding and risk mitigation.


These services are done:

To the highest level of safety, environment, community & stakeholder requirements To meet agreed quality, operability, schedule and cost targets and In strict accordance with the relevant statutory & regulatory guidelines.

About you To be successful in this role, you will ideal have: NACE CP2 minimum, CP3 highly regarded Restricted electrical licence required An Engineering degree (essential) in materials or electrical will be highly regarded.

Experience within the oil & gas industry is also highly regarded specifically in the areas of pipeline inspection and maintenance A safety-first approach Experience working in remote areas Ability to work unsupervised A high level of electrical aptitude and willingness to develop on a diverse range of skills Good communications skills, both written and oral Sound computer skills Experience with communicating with landowners and key stakeholders.
