We are on the hunt for an experienced Blender/Batcher to join our clients team
Opportunity for an experienced blender/batcher to join this established organisation. This individual would ideally have experience in a similar role and be committed to managing their own workloads.

This organisation is an Australian owned company, making a variety of Belgium Liege waffles, Brussels waffles and Homestyle toasting waffles and dough to make your own.

This organisation and it's team are known for their friendly nature and being committed to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately weighing up ingredients with a recipe, adding ingredients to mixer machinery and labelling this before moving into the right area for production
• Handling and transportation of ingredients (regular lifting upto 20kg)
• Ensuring plant and equipment run properly when required
• Producing and packaging goods in a highly effective and efficient manner.

Position Essentials:

• Prior experience in Blending/Mixing roles (required)
• Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling duties (required)
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience (preferred)
• Commitment to ensuring high quality processing
• Capability to work efficiently in large volumes and manage workloads effectively
