Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our team.

As a landscape construction crew member, you will work on a variety of projects, including designing and constructing hardscapes, planting gardens, and installing irrigation systems, Paving, and other various hardscaping works.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project manager and other crew members to plan and execute landscape construction projects.
  • Perform tasks such as grading, excavating, installing drainage systems, building retaining walls, and laying patios and walkways.
  • Install irrigation systems, including trenching, laying pipes, and installing sprinkler heads.
  • Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers, and lay sod or seed to create beautiful garden spaces.
  • Operate various equipment and tools, including skid steers, excavators, and power tools.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Paving and paver prep
- timber work

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in landscape construction or related field preffered.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery and tools preffered.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape designs.
  • Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
