Site Manager _ ongoing contract opportunity

My client is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager for an exciting fit out project in Nowra.

As a leader in the industry, they specialize in commercial fit out projects and take pride in delivering high-quality results to their clients.


This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with commercial fit out experience and a trade background to showcase their expertise.


Position:
Site ManagerLocation: WollongongType: Full-time, Contract role on a Commercial fit out project

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the fit out project, ensuring it is executed within budget, timeline, and to the client's specifications.

Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor progress and quality of work on-site, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or delays promptly.

Manage and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standardsProven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit out projects.

Trade background in a relevant field (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
