- They are now looking for an experienced Deli supervisor for their store located in the bayside region of Melbourne.
- Responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving
presentation and control-specifically but not limited to deli lines.
- Main tasks Core objectives include.
- Leading, coaching and developing your team.
- Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales
- Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards
- Monitoring stock wastage, shrinkage and quality control
- Rostering staff and cost controlling, including wages
- Receiving all orders from loading area and monitoring stock,
- Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display as
- fresh, merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh

- Packingup store, which includes refrigerating stock and
