  • They are now looking for an experienced Deli supervisor for their store located in the bayside region of Melbourne.
Job description

  • Responsible for managing a team of shop assistants, achieving
financial budgets, as well as maintaining the high-quality
presentation and control-specifically but not limited to deli lines.

  • Main tasks Core objectives include.
  • Leading, coaching and developing your team.
  • Managing team members to ensure team objectives and sales
- goals are being carried out

  • Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards
- and practices, including product details

  • Monitoring stock wastage, shrinkage and quality control
  • Rostering staff and cost controlling, including wages
  • Receiving all orders from loading area and monitoring stock,
- including wastage, shrinkage and quality control

  • Professionally arrange and replenish stock on display as
- required by stringently ensuring stock is rotated and kept
- fresh, merchandising, as well as cutting and wrapping fresh
- produce

  • Packingup store, which includes refrigerating stock and
- general cleaning

  • Maintaining excellent store presentation by maintaining a fully
- stocked store

  • Assisting with customer enquiries ensuring a high level of
- profesionalism is always observed

  • Managing the purchase of goods for sale in an efficient
- manner

  • Assisting in all policy and procedures building monitoring and
- fine tuning.
