About the Role


Operating across our 3 Residential Aged Care homes based in Belair, Woodcroft and McLaren Vale, you'll lead and support our catering teams to ensure a high delivery of food standards are being met.

You'll collaborate with our teams, residents and families to achieve a high level of satisfaction and happiness with the service we deliver which includes food, cleaning and laundry services.


Duties:

  • Manage and implement the delivery of highquality food services to residents
  • Ensure Hospitality Services (catering) are delivered in compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and food safety legislation
  • Work closely with Housekeeping Supervisors and Residential Care Managers to provide advice and support on cleaning and laundry services

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree Qualification in Hotel Management, Cookery, Nutrition, Health or related discipline
  • Current SA Drivers Licence
  • Experience working in Residential Aged Care would be highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
