Capgemini Engineering is hiring a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Heavy Industry Fast Charger team in Perth. If you have a strong background in product management and a passion for implementing and optimizing Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain "best practices" Jira boards for both waterfall and Scrum methodologies, supporting both in-person and remote teams

Produce comprehensive "how to" guides in Confluence, including written, visual, and video instructions

Prepare and maintain Confluence templates for sprint ceremonies

Train and coach sprint teams on best practices for creating user stories, ticketing, pointing, and sprint ceremonies

Act as Scrum Master for sprint teams for at least four months to ensure best practices are implemented and followed

Identify and document opportunities for future improvements in Scrum-based development for the program

Record the business value and benefits observed from team training to support management reporting

Present developments, gains, and instructions for new sprint teams at company-wide engineering meetings.
