About The Role:
  • Supervise your team and business activities daily to enhance financial performance
  • Enhance team productivity by utilizing workforce management strategies
  • Foster a culture of high performance, customer-centric service, and sales through leading by example, communication, feedback, and recognition
  • Optimize the team's service and sales by efficient management and delegation to minimize operational tasks
  • Inspire and empower your team with a consistent focus on nurturing the next generation of Myer leaders
  • Invest time on the sales floor to lead and oversee the business, understand customer needs, coach and support the team, and implement new initiatives and operational methods
About You:
  • Demonstrated retail business expertise with prior experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar roles
  • Effective leadership skills with a hands-on approach are crucial
  • Proven track record of leading a team to drive sales and achieve KPI targets
  • Experience in performance management is highly valued
  • Outstanding customer service and sales abilities
  • Solid understanding of retail, financial, and business operations
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
