- Provide daily personal care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meals and activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping.
- Monitor health and wellbeing, such as taking vital signs and administering medication.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in Aged Care or a related field is helpful but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
