As our next passionate Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution of our digital marketing strategy and implementation across all digital marketing channels for the corporate brands within the FCTG.


In this role, you will be part of the global marketing framework, supporting the execution of global and regional marketing plans.

You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a full range of digital marketing initiatives, and will be a key connection between the Brand, Media Agency, Creative and Digital teams to ensure continual growth, optimisation and improvement of the customer's digital journey by exceeding visitor, enquiry, conversion, and CPA targets.


As such, strong project management skills will be essential in this role, as well as a solid understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape.


A day in the life...

Digital Campaign Management:
Create relevant and effective digital campaign briefs and plans for design and content teams.

Develop digital ad copy across all digital channels for effective test and learn activities to drive improvement and optimisation of the customer journey.

Work with media agencies and brand teams to create multi-media digital campaign plans to achieve defined goals. Designs and delivers high performing landing pages that generates results. Uses analytics to review user journeys and plan improvements.

Relationship Management:

Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including brand teams, global colleagues, global & regional support discipline teams, and agency partners, to ensure effective collaboration and digital marketing delivery and team representation.


Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager in region to compile regular reports on digital performance metrics. Work within analytics tools to ensure accurate reporting of data. Support data cleanup and Salesforce CRM.

Who you are...

  • Minimum 2 years digital experience in a similar role (B2B industry ideal).
  • Marketing / similar degree qualified.
  • Good understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to deliver monthly reporting, insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in managing websites, content, marketing automation tools, SEM ad tools (Google Ads, SEO), social media (LinkedIn / Meta Ads Manager) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the B2B environment and marketing principles to implement activities that will have an impact on brand and sales.
