Key Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:

· Provide evidence-based nursing care

· Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team

· Ensure patient and staff safety Supervise nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs)

· Offer education and support to individuals/patients for their health needs.

Requirements:

· Current AHPRA Registration Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health (preferred)

· Dedication to Quality Patient Care Compliance with ACQSHC National standards

· Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities

· Team player with ability to work independently

· Basic computer literacy

· Previous Mental Health experience (preferred).
