An opportunity has now presented for a Workshop Foreman to join our Infrastructure Services.

As a key member of the Workshop team, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment.

You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative.

A dedicated leader, and one who priorities safety for all, you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning, resources, budgets and timelines are on successfully met.

As a Workshop Foreman with experience in Heavy vehicle Mechanics, you will have proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities.

You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes, while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability and continuous improvement.

Excellent ability to plan, prioritise and execute maintenance tasks whilst adhering to Fulton Gogans policies, procedures and values, lead the workshop team on the floor in consultation with workshop management to achieve timelines.

Finally, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
