About the Role

The position of Finance Officer - Accounts Receivable, is a casual role to commence (37.5 hours per week) with the view to transitioning to a fixed-term or permanent role, working in a small team. Your varied responsibilities will include:

  • Customer billing
  • Payment and Medicare reconciliations
  • NDIS claims
  • Processing of fortnightly, end of month and periodic financial processes and reporting
  • Updating fees and charges
  • Maintain Masterfile data
  • Review and resolve queries

About You

Along with having sound knowledge and experience in AR processing, you must be even-tempered, a solid team player and fast & accurate with your work. You will have a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to articulate and explain billings/account statements to a diverse customer base.

  • $40.00 to $42.00 per hour + super
  • 8.00am/8.30am/9.00am start
  • City fringe location – some street parking. Close to the train, bus and ferry.
  • Work-from-home 2 days per week, after probation
