The Position
Reporting to the Head of HR and working with a range of stakeholders, this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Create job and post adverts on website and relevant job boards
  • Source talent via relevant sites
  • Conduct reference checks for successful applicants
  • Create and send contracts to successful applicants
  • Weekly and monthly recruitment reporting
  • Manage succession matrix to identify top performers and talent gaps
  • Coordinate internal transfers
  • Manage the clinical graduate program
  • Manage the immigration process for visa sponsorship and assist in the Permanent Residency (PR) when required
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated end to end recruitment experience ideally with technical roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised and able to plan your day to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
