CSG Talent are partnered with a leading furniture provider who have been established for over 50 years.

This position will be fantastic for a hands-on furniture assembler and repairer who excels at providing face to face customer service.

This is a vital position within a well-known market leader within the furniture industry. Experience particularly with upholstering, framework and stitch work would be beneficial.

This person will be part of the service team of the company, to the customers, the face of the company.

Good communication skills, customer service and a stellar attitude to work.

The Role
The main responsibilities for this role are attending customer's homes to inspect and qualify any issues with their products.

From there you will decide on and organise the next course of action whether that is a repair on site or factory return for part repair as well as managing the customer's expectations.

The person

  • Hands on experience assembling/repairing a range of furniture
  • Upholstery or framework experience will be very beneficial but not a necessity
  • Other experience working as cabinet maker would also be suitable.
  • Excellent face to face customer service skills
  • Valid Full Driving License
  • Organisation and time management skills
