The Opportunity:


Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Technician to provide electrical and basic instrument maintenance for our water treatment plant in Kurnell 2231.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Using supplied technology to investigate plant assets, faults and repairs.
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance and breakdown tasks.
  • Fault finding with PLC hardware.
  • Planning site specific scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Calibration and maintenance of instrumentation on both water and wastewater plants.
  • Modifying and updating wiring diagrams.
  • Completing defect notifications and defect works.
  • Organising and supervising subcontractors as required.
  • Complying with a safety first and continuous improvement culture.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Electrical Trade Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance of heavy industrial plant and equipment
  • Instrumentation certification is desirable
