Your New Role

  • Support clinicians to develop their skills as a public mental health specialist and enable them to use best practice principles in their everyday interactions with consumers and carers.
  • Lead with kindness, role modelling open communication and a desire to support and enhance clinical care across the team
  • Demonstrate your extensive experience working as a mental health clinician through taking a hands on approach to educating our midcareer clinical cohort
  • Proactively contribute to innovative service planning and development

About You

  • Strong commitment to consumerfocused service delivery
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for people with a mental illness
  • Selfdriven, innovative and eager to take a hands on approach to learning and education.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of engaging education sessions using adult learning principles
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
