Your role will see you:

  • Engage walk in customers in a way that has them instantly connecting with you
  • Build credibility quickly with people in a way that has them feel comfortable to open up
  • Adapt your conversational approach based on different customers types/ styles
  • Use consultative questioning techniques to engage people on emotional and logical needs
  • Qualify each customer to determine the scope of their needs and wants
  • Use stories to influence and have the confidence to encourage customers to buy
  • Be comfortable introducing value add products and services in customer conversations
  • Work within a very driven, dynamic and energised team of professionals all working towards a common goal
