This is a part-time 1-year contract, 3 days per week.

The base annual salary is $87, % Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia's premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts.

Located at Kensington in Sydney, it is a Centre of excellence in education and training.

NIDA is unique in the world for its practice-based and industry-relevant training in the range that it offers which includes Acting, Design, Costume, Properties and Objects, Technical Theatre and Stage Management, Scenic Construction, Writing for Performance, Directing and Cultural Leadership.


The Opportunity
The Change Specialist will work closely with the NIDA project team to deliver several organisation-wide software implementation projects. This includes supporting the high-level strategic thinking, foresight and decision-making required to implement business-wide change management.

Working dynamically across multiple projects, the Change Specialist will develop and implement detailed change management plans, leveraging established change methodologies to ensure all stakeholder engagement outcomes are met.

**Requirements

About You**To succeed in this role you will have experience in change management and stakeholder engagement and you will posses s trong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders as well as excellent written and oral communication skills and computer skills including MS Office Suite.

You will also have the ability to plan and coordinate a high volume of varying tasks for self and others, and will enjoy working independently and in a small team environment

Tertiary qualifications in Change/Project Management would be a plus for this role.
