A bit about your role
The Business Process Improvement Leader purpose is to lead supply optimisation projects, manage, maintain and improve end-to-end material supply processes and support process maturity.
The role is to drive operational improvement, enhance operating discipline, and optimize ways of working so that nbn delivers on its organizational objectives.
In addition, the Business Process Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to ensure that nbn's supply chain intellectual capital is captured, shared, and leveraged across the organisation.
The role will involve developing and implementing document management strategies to ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
The Business Process Improvement Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure that all changes are managed effectively and efficiently.
As the Business Process Improvement Leader, you will lead supply optimisation projects to drive operational consistency, meet customer requirements, reduce cost, remove complexity, and improve operating discipline and efficiency.
You will develop and implement knowledge management strategies to ensure that nbn's supply chain intellectual capital is captured, shared, and leveraged across the organisation.
You will have your lean six sigma (black belt) and BPMN 2.0 qualifications, an extensive amount of experience in process modelling / improvement and process mapping.
