About The Role


We currently have an opportunity for a passionate customer focussed all-rounder who shares our vision and values to join our team based in Forest Glen.


In this role you will be responsible for the receipting and dispatching of goods, the creation of daily driver run sheets to ensure we meet our customer needs and confirming delivery status with the customer.


The key responsibilities will include:

  • ERP system knowledge
  • Creating of run sheets for the driver
  • Organise and create consignment notes for 3PL
  • Maintain documentation control with regards to delivery dockets, PO receipting and truck maintenance schedules
  • Work closely with production and sales to achieve DIFOT
  • Chase up of outstanding purchase orders
  • Assisting with reconciliation of invoices
  • Assisting with inventory control and stock take
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks when required
  • Receipting of goods delivered into ERP
  • Update of data into our ERP system
  • General administration functions as required
  • Strong customer focus
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven time management skills

  • Ability to multitask
  • Forklift Licence
