Burger Road

  • BOH full time/part time/casual position:
  • Ensure completion of all food preparation, set up and pack down of the kitchen and
  • Coordinate and maintain the quality of food and presentation of all meals
  • Conduct kitchen quality control measures including stock management, daily checklists and cleaning rosters
  • Ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness and staff/customer safety
  • Working on the fryer, larder and grill.
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
  • Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant's preventative maintenance programs
To be successful in the above roles you will:

  • Min 6 months of relevant employment experience in a similar role
  • Previous grilling experience
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with high pressure
  • Produce quality product with exceptional presentation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be reliable and have flexibility to work a 7day rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation

Up to $30.00 per hour
