We're on the lookout for a high motivated Workshop Foreman with excellent leadership and mentoring skills.


This role will report to the Service Manager and will oversee and coordinate all service-related activities within the dealership workshop, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and repair work.


  • Work together with the Service Manager to ensure any service work is executed efficiently, effectively, and promptly (getting it right the first time), and meeting customer expectations
  • Provides onsite and remote technical guidance to the service team as required while proactively training and mentoring the team to reduce rework and uphold workmanship standards
  • Proactively mentor apprentices, ensuring compliance with company policies and to support progress in their training agreements
  • To continually nurture a positive team culture, promoting happiness and job satisfaction.
  • Consistently and actively promote, and always abides by the company Health and Safety policy

About you:

  • You have a positive attitude combined with excellent leadership skills and can demonstrate success in a similar role
  • You're a qualified heavy diesel mechanic with a background in agriculture being beneficial
  • You're a great communicator with high level customer service skills
  • You have a valid driver's licence
  • Your computer skills are intermediate and you're system savvy
